Summary: Groww AMC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals, and providing expert advice on Groww AMC's diverse range of investment products. The Relationship Manager will play a crucial role in driving business growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and promoting a positive image of Groww AMC.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
    - Understand clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.
    - Provide personalized investment advice and recommendations based on clients' needs.
  2. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on Groww AMC's product offerings, market trends, and regulatory changes.
    - Educate clients on various investment products, including mutual funds, SIPs, and other financial instruments.
  3. Sales and Business Development: Actively contribute to the growth of assets under management (AUM) by acquiring new clients and expanding the business with existing clients.
    - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement effective strategies for client acquisition.
  4. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
    -  Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate potential risks.
  5. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries, and concerns, and providing timely and accurate information.
    - Work towards enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  6. Reporting: Generate regular reports on client engagement, AUM growth, and other key performance indicators.
    - Provide insights and recommendations for improving business processes.

Job Requirement
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role in the financial industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of investment products, mutual funds, and financial markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
