Job Requirement
What you’ll do
  • Develop a deep understanding of internal application behavior and tech operations across data centers and applications
  • Analyze problems, diagnose and fix bugs of low complexity when appropriate.
  • Work with developers to identify and resolve more complicated problems
  • Address urgent issues quickly, work within and measure against customer SLAs
  • Adapt installer, shell scripts and perl scripts and aggressively automate manual tasks through scripting.
  • Provide feedback from customer/ users to the team. Finding recurring issues, problem solve and get it fixed.
  • Maintain on-going record of problem analysis and resolution activity in an oncall tracking system.
  • Proactively monitors production and non-production environments and applications
  • Develop smaller complexity features and utilities in existing system components to enhance productivity
What are we looking for :
  • Good exposure to MySQL and writing SQL queries
  • Automation scripting: More advanced tools preferred; Ex: Python, Shell.
  • A prior experience in production support.
  • Understanding of linux/unix basic commands and job scheduling (cron)
  • Good to have prior programming experience; Java preferred
  • Good written and oral communications skills
  • Experience: 3+ Years
